It’s a shame they overlap cars running up the hill as we miss a lot of the entire runs we want to see. I get there’s a lot to fit in over the day but I believe this is the highlight and should be given adequate time to show entire runs of each car. Also live splits over previous years, were a great way to see the fastest accelerating cars at the first split, for example. It also adds excitement to watching each run up the hill, you should be able to watch without commentary telling you. I think Michael Lyons was robbed of his time all together too because of a timing issue. Still very exciting to watch, just a few things missing this year that should be flagged.

I know some of the challenges of streaming a hillclimb. The team behind the FoS coverage are pros and will have been trying everything possible with the tech issues they had this year. As for any mistakes with things like captions or commentary, it is a very fluid event with the running order constantly changing, drivers swapping cars etc and there is more to keep on top of than a typical race meeting. I'm glad they make this available and don't hide it behind a paywall.

How hard would it be to add a split screen view? So many times you end up missing runs of great cars. It’s either that or the timing isn’t working. Why not add a live timing order to the screen to give some context to the other cars? The commentators are reading it out loud, just add it to the screen 🤷♂️
