Another point : you're saying that tau+tau_hat is between 0-1 ms. But since they represent the true range from satellite to the user, shouldn't it be 0-1ms + some_number X 1ms, where some number is at least 67(closest satellite above us on the surface of the Earth)

At time 0:55, you are referring to ECEF, but shouldn't it be ECI as ephemeris parameters for the orientation should be ECI
