Yes, it's not what we assume is best but there have been successful runners who shuffle along, like the great Alberto Salazar and Michael Johnson. Who else?

If she fixed her running form she could run better. Hands should swing from front to back.. not side ro side, such a loss of energy

And your video work was very smooth. Did you use a tripod?

Thank you. If you film track meets or a particular athlete, I recommend using a monopod or tripod. If neither is allowed, I try to use a stabilizing pod.
