Okay the wack ass odds, my mom made turkey tinga. But, if spice is a problem? You can just do it with the Adobo sauce, or if you want a little bit of heat just drop one Chipotle in *you can use ground chicken and turkey also and tastes nearly as good *also also, if you put a spoonful of mayo in the burrito beneath the tinga it tastes good or how ever much mayo you'd like
