hey stank. the storm build without pwave and ascendance but 1 point in LotFW and DRE sims higher. why not play that loadout? is there a "thing" i dont see when it comes to boss fights?

It sims higher but is more RNG & suffers greatly from loosing uptime (all DRE builds does) So it might sim higher but you're not going to do that dmg in this raid due to boss design & well RNG be RNG!

Whenever i have a tempest proc available ive been waiting until 10 stacks of maelstrom before pressing it. Should i be prioritising using tempest earlier and cycling them through more?

Yes, send it once it becomes available and at 6+ stacks. You can pool depending on situation but generally better to send it to fish for malstrom refunds

Yea just send when it's available but at 6+ MSW Tempest being highest prio at 10 MSW just means IF you have 10 MSW & tempest proccs you always prio tempest. For example when you refund maelstrom!
