A lot of the large mower engines have an internal compression release that goes bad and makes the engines need extreme amos to turn over, but you can turn shaft to open valve then it will spin right over

as far as i know/ was taught - you wanna open the tops while charging as long as it isn't a maintenance free battery. just a thought.

Well the car battery didn't make it. I ran it through the battery recondition mode a total of three times and now it stays at 9.6v. The lawnmower battery is doing much better. It starts my mower now without hesitation and I've actually used it to try and start one of my cars. It turned it over about 6 times but the car has some electrical issues which I later found out that there's no spark.

Does this thing have a battery inside it so you can start or assist your dead battery to start your car and re-charge your battery while driving?

justgivemethetruth no this is a charger only and must be plugged into AC power.

@@AlejandroJPizarro Thanks, I just got one tonight to charge my dead battery. I can charge it, but if it has a little charge in it I can use it to jump start my car. It must have a big capacitor in it to provide the starting current.

Will this charger work on 12 volt 35 ah Mobility scooter batteries?

I'm not sure if it officially does but don't see why it couldn't. I would be concerned that it might be a bit much for those batteries. I personally use the Schumacher SEM-1562A-CA 1.5 Amp Speed Charger for my smaller 12v batteries.

Again, in directions it says display will turn off automatically after 10 seconds..And fan will only work in between certain amperage. So far mine is doing what its suppose to do.

+Bruce Arnold fan and lite never worked..Again..it was broke!!!!!!!!..all good now ..like I mentioned before..and the backlite and fan Will be on while charging..not between certain amps. .
