Suggestion: Don’t use metal tongs on teflon. You’ll be eating cancerous teflon bits from the scratches. Use wood, bamboo or nylon cooking utensils.Kabayan ka ba?

@@Solocamper_karventures , Ayosss akabayan, if it’s ok to use the metal tongs on the cast iron frill pan but for the teflons do upgrade, health is wealth after all. Are u based in Europe also?

@@zvkek8-zako 4:39 that round pan is coated in teflon. Which is a known carcinogen ( loaded with PFAS forever chemicals) when scratched and ingested.
