I have this cook set and like it. I use it for day hiking to make coffee, although it is a little heavy for backpacking, I like the way the cup nests inside the pot. The cup is #5 polypropylene (PP) which is not believed to leach chemicals in any significant amount and considered one of the most food safe plastics.

I actually own four of those cook sets. Husband and I love kayak fishing so two each work great for cooking and cowboy coffee, etc. Nothing better for a quick Catch N Cook deep fry. We LOVE them! NOTE: I don't cook with the cup lid on the pot. The rubber gasket on the inside of the cup lid does not come out so cooking with the lid on might melt the lid's gasket when using hot temperatures.

The side hole is pretty large so I additionally use a YOPLAIT YOGURT (2 LB/907 g) PLASTIC LID. It fits perfectly on top of the original Stanley Lid making it extra good for holding hot/cold inside and no bugs can fly in when it's on. Yes, ON TOP OF the original lid! Just recently discovered this additional Lid Hack so I'm passing it forward 😊.

How long does that mini fuel can last?

It's good for a weekend trip, say 2 hot breakfasts and 2 hot dinners, and maybe a coffee/tea break. Depends, if you are boiling potable water (which only takes a couple of minutes) or if you need to purify untreated water which means you will use more fuel as you boil the water for 5 to 7 minutes.
