Vegas odds say the Oil has no chance of the reverse sweep. However, after being a dogpoop team until the 2nd week of Jan, they rolled together an 8-game streak and then a 15-game streak. They literally won 25% of the regular season consecutively. I hope they can do it: 1) Break the Bettman Curse 2) it would be over the top dramatic to have an underdog complete the reverse sweep 3) it is better for the Great Game to have the best player in the world to be a champ 4) it would be another point of evidence showing the world that hockey is the greatest team sport on earth.

Bob aka Swiss cheese never deserved it to begin with. IMHO, he is not the reason this panthers team is where they are. Anyone who watched them play all playoffs will know this. Afar from a few games where he bailed them out, this Panthers team and structure is what carried them to the finals. He was more part of their losses then he was of their victory. Their is at least two panthers I would give it to over him. But I agree, regardless of outcome of the series, this should be McDavids CS. What he has done throughout the playoffs and especially now in the SCF, is very impressive.
