THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this video. 🙏 I just bought this exact unit today (04-24-2023) You made the process of loading the staples clear and concise. In a nutshell, you made it INCREDIBLY easy 😊 And so, now I don’t have to loathe my new electric staple gun the same day I bought it -and over something so simple. I have been fighting with this damn thing for HOURS. Now, mind you that I have an MBA with a concentration in Health Care Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Cardiopulmonary Medicine 👩‍🎓 so I have some intelligence lol I was beginning to think 💭(uh-ohhh) that I was going to be one of those….How many MBA folks does it take to ………? I am a homeowner with a day job who does not do anything construction related for a living. That being said I am working on framing out my basement and Bought this kzbin.infoUgkxHQsUrwNr5GQrnx9V4xDdUr56qxwuiBHt gun. I have done a few walls already, have probably shot a couple hundred nails through this thing and have yet to have a misfire. It works awesome, good depth on every nail if you have your compressor set right. My literal only complaint is that it is a bit heavy and my arm can get a little tired especially whrn I am nailing at odd angles. That being said I am super happy with it and would buy it again. Hoping the old girl allows me to get my whole basement finished out!

My hand was pinched badly enough to bleed from my old Craftsman Manual Stapler. Where the handle pivots as you squeeze it. That was the last straw. I purchased this one.

I got two motorcycle seats, some lighting, some screen repair... then it died. I came looking for a fix. But I think it served well, the depth kept changing, so i taped it at the (alleged highest) degree. I did a few rugs too...so, time for another.

Been using mine to lay a carpet on the stairs. Got through over 150 staples, so far so good, got a landing on another fight of stairs to go yet.

@@thenuclearnarwhale9188 I had some underlay on the stairs also, but i was mainly stapling into the wooden spiked gripper which was around the edges, which in turn that was nailed into the wooden floor. The underlay was in the middle which i didnt really staple into.

I just swapped the older version from a year ago for the updated version. The older one stopped shooting staples flush at all no matter which way I turned the knob. The new version looks like it went through some improvements though!

Thank you so much. I haven't used my TRE550 in almost two years. Of course the instruction sheet isn't in the folder I keep all tool receipts and instruction manuals in. I too tried to load a full clip of brads. DUH! You're video was very helpful. Quick and to the point. Oops...hear my husband grumbling which means he doesn't know he can adjust the tension of the brad going into the wood by the knob on the top. Gotta run to the rescue. Again, thank you DANDLINC!
