Got love the first day of the big snow fall Stan. We ran into issues our first night out, 2 tires popped off the same Cat skidsteer twice, loader heater and lights stopped working, Boss plow wasn't going up🤦🏾♂️.

Glad to see we’re not the only ones having issues with mecalacs. We got a ax70 at work and we do a lot of the same thing you guys do and it’s constantly overheating, blowing other things apart, leaks everywhere, impossible to get parts for. The dealer is completely useless. I wish they never were imported in the first place. Complete junk in my opinion. I’m trying to get the boss talked into a kubota 4 series loader but he likes the garbage we have and I’m tired of fixing it.

Man and I thought our crew and what I go through with an anomaly good to see veterans like you stan still have to go through the bumps and bruises, especially the first time I'm out but the videos are extremely helpful. Keep them coming. Good luck on this season. They don't get a lot of snow here in Metro Detroit that much anymore. Couple of salt runs so far looking for our first decent snow next first week January.

As an actual mechanic this was mildly hilarious but! Also ! Extremely good reminder of why I always try to help explain the repairs I do and double check work this will slow you down a minimum of 15 minutes as everything is too hot to touch and takes time to get coolant and refill machine! Excellent video thank you for showing real life scenarios!!!

not gonna lie, that first parking lot looked like a Shriners parade on july 4th. absolutely corn fusion. hilarious.

You’re bringing back anxiety of my snowplowing days haha. Glad you got that loader fixed up. Happy holidays Stan!

The plastic jug you pointed at is the radiator overflow. When liquid heats up, it expands. It has to have somewhere to go . I'm not a mechanic and I even know that lmao

If you put a good operator in the big loader with a decent sized pusher or a Metal Pless you wouldn’t need all that equipment and guys on one site. I run a Cat 926m in Michigan with a 10-20-48 metal pless and do 3 massive complex’s and two hospitals by myself.

He’s successful enough between his company and social media to not only do what he wants, but keep a lot of guys employed through the winter, so good for him. If you’re in a situation where you need to do it more efficiently with less, great! Everyone makes do with what they have. But Stan and his guys are happy doing it like this, so all the power to them!

I temped as a snow shovel worker more than a few years back. It was an odd job, but I was "Money hungry" at that time. It was an odd job 3rd shift, it paid well. I was promoted to use a snow blower. Anyway, Townhomes, Department centers' sidewalks.. I did like it, there was a comradery with people you met, you all drove out in cab crew truck! Some people would 'get lost', smoke breaks, they got fired right away!

The original coolant was green, somebody filled the overflow with orange coolant. Pretty simple stuff there fellas.

Stan being a new loader shouldn't have brown coolant I saw on live feed make sure coolant that Alex put in loader is compatible. I personally would do a coolant flush and put in all new coolant

Hey Stan I would talk to Mecalac about your mini loader spewing coolant at only 8 hrs 😮 Yeah hiccups are always a thing nothing ever runs smoothly 100% of the time or life would be too boring. 😂 Other than that, everything ran like a top. The time lapse was a dance of machinery, just awesome 😮

Pretty sad the only person who knows where the antifreeze goes is Alex.Which means the operator didn’t check it when he started it sense he didn’t know. Sounds like no training. Any owner I ever worked for would know these things. I guess dirt monkeys about content and views.
