The SnowLion had my attention when they showed the shrunken down version. Such a unique innovation that'll help with sidewalks and other constant ice prone areas. I'd want one once they're able to be run with a compact tractor and a PTO hydraulic power pack. Snowblowers have to be one of the most essential things for you in the winter I bet.

I sort of liked everything, but I think having the half of the cylinder on that first plow charged with Nitrogen (basically air but more stable across temperature changes) for a faster compression on impact to help keep things in good condition is a fantastic addition. It's so simple but seems like it can do a lot to help extend the life of a pretty expensive bit of metal.

I worked for a company that switched from Boss V blades to the Western Prodigys and I enjoyed running them. Ease of use as a straight blade with the productivity of a wide out. The wings are controlled using springs and cables with the angle of the blade. The wings can be manually pinned backed to get the widest blade possible.

Stan. This weekend I was finally able to get up to my cabin and take a good look at the driveway and I definitely over sold how bad it is. I thought it would be terrible but since there was no rain this year all the driving on it has helped it not be so bad. Also I totally thought the rocks were bigger but after I went rock picking I saw that most of them were a little bigger than my hand but there is a few big ones but not the size you probably want. Sorry about getting you super excited to come out. But maybe if I can still convince my dad (who is way easier to convince than my grandma) then maybe you can come shoot a video or two with my tractor if you want. Anyways I was super excited to finally get up north and I spent 99% of my time on the tractor doing things like grading out an old barn pad to mowing a field in three hours. I also found out that the tractor makes a great bulldozer for making trails to deer stands. I also started school today and holy cow will I have to put my nose to the grind stone and get good grades. Hope you had a great Labor Day Stan.
@Dirtmonkey2 жыл бұрын
If it works out and I can help you fix your road just let me know. Now worries about it. I always have plenty of projects going. BUT the most important thing is your serious about school. Your grades may not be the most critical thing but its your attitude of success that really matters.

The yellow push-blade, the walk behind model. I own one. I like it. Best for small amounts of snow. It's held up well. One note, put thread-locker on all threads. Finding bolts in the snow is the only issue I've had. I use it on my 20'x40` driveway. During a snow storm, I find it works best if I move 1/2" or less. So I go out frequently. As always Stan, I appreciate your videos.
@Dirtmonkey2 жыл бұрын
That yellow pusher seemed pretty light- does it hold up well or fall apart much?
@Grumpy_old_Boot2 жыл бұрын
@@Dirtmonkey The bolts keep falling off, but as Brian said, some thread-locker will help. Apart from that it's a decent tool for 1-2 inches of light snow, less if it's wet snow. Once you go over that, the wheels don't really have enough grip to move the snow to the side, because it's so light.

The price of the snow salt attachment is crazy! Lol, I understand people making the attachment have to make a profit but seems like they're trying to get rich off of one attachment. I mean, cool it replaces a truck but actually a truck doesn't cost that much. Anyway that just me ranting and again I understand making a profit but gzzz the price of that seems a bit steep. Seems like they only have one market in mind for that attachment. Thanks Stanley, I love what you do man and I've learned allot from your videos.

The Holder equipment uses fully biodegradable hydraulic oil. Each bucket of oil is about $489.
