A Joy to Ring (short version)

In 2010/2011 The bell frame at St Mary's Church, Walton-on-Thames was replaced with one made of steel. This short documentary tells the story of how the mission was accomplished and how funds were raised as well as giving a brief history of the church and an explanation of "circular ringing"

A lovely job and I am glad the clock was restored too. I used to wind the clock at St Anns South Tottenham.The old man got annoyed with the vicar who put in a new electric clock. Such a wonderful piece of Victorian Engineering were the old clocks.
