Thankyou so much for this great video, I did this once on a Sunday morning, the exact same trip, the driver had been in his job a week and was so helpful, friendly, attentive, and paid great attention to his driving, I told him when I got off the bus that his driving was incredible, and he thanked me, got to see London sights before arriving at Liverpool train station in a quiet gentle manner it was great! Took the bus back to Stanstead, this time everything was fine too, but the state people leave where they were sitting was deplorable, they needed to clean up after themselves! I was embarrassed for them, also to think of the cleaning people, they need a medal, what has happened to manners? Please clean and tidy away after yourselves, cleaning people are valuable members of society, nothing works without being clean and big Thankyou to them 😍always

Thanks for a useful video. However please remember that not all passengers will be going to Central London. I mean your coach stopped en route at Stratford and that is a useful stop if heading for areas of E or SE London. For example the Jubillee Line runs from Stratford to N Greenwich from where there are many buses from the station to destinations all over SE London.

I have a question, if i buy the ticket to 22:00 and i arrive 23:00 i lose the ticket?

Me dummy bought the National Express ticket before I could realize it was not the Stansted Express (which I originally wanted to buy). The ticket can't be refunded either so I guess I'm just stuck with the bus. Maybe next time.
