I could watch this all day. Love the welding and spraying and anodising. Keep the videos coming. You should do them experience days, sat watching this in the workshop, lol.

More videos like this need to be posted so people understand how fine detail goes into each and every frame! 🚴♂️

that is fantastic. I didn't know it was that easy to control the anodization color.

Love to see the welded areas get coloured, purple or red. Didn't you guys have some tricked out weld thing, where they were gold? Seen it somewhere.

My next bike will be a Stanton Ti hardtail. My dream bike was a Orange t7 but could never afford one. I think I’d be able to afford a Ti frame and build myself 👌👍

... 🥰 Greetings,from within the UK 🇬🇧😁. How will this hold up, outside, UV light etc?. Out of interest ... Have you tried actual etching,engraving into the Titanium itself,much like people do with the likes of stainless etc,what would it involve 🤔?.

How did you etch the bike frame???

Curious… what do you use to make the decals??
@zacharyweiss89573 жыл бұрын
What type of masking do you use?!? I've been trying to do some multi layered/colored and designs on some titanium frames and have been having a hell of a lot of trouble with the second layer bleeding through. And is that just a coarse sponge you're using for the brush? You guys are rad at what you do!

Hey! My Gen 2 ti switchback is in need of some TLC as it has a few scuffs, some near the polished decals. Will the Scotchbrite remove or damage them if I wanted to go over the frame? Cheers!

I have a new ti frame and there are a few areas on the welds that are a dull, not shiny. Is there something wrong with the weld or is it just a spot needing to be polished?
@jkeiffer4 жыл бұрын
Why does the discoloration have to be removed? Is it just for looks? If so, how much does this manual process increase the cost?

how do i paint a polished alloy bike frame to look TITANIUM COLOR? does anyone know which colors to mix pleaseeeeeeeeeee??? thanks in advance!

how would you polish masked off areas on a brushed frame? wouldn't the decals get ruined in the process?
@StantonBikesUK4 жыл бұрын
Polish first, then mask, then scotchbrite, with the vinyl being top grade and lots of skill you get the desired result 😁👌
@NewEnglandDirtRoadie4 жыл бұрын
@@StantonBikesUK so if i'm really good, the scotchbrite wont remove the vinyl masking. awesome! i'm going to try it THANKS!!
