59:10 What we should do is create something like an RFR but cap how many you could submit in a day. So regardless if your a whale or a small player you could only get maybe 1000/day. We could treat it like a Hydrogen subsidy.

Hey , thanks for your comment, I guess that could be a way, but we would need to also take all the rest of the economy and variables into account and see if all the pieces of the puzzle fit together and work well together.. That's what the econ team works on.. Let's see how the new releases and improvements with local markets and rfrs and so go from now on!

Justo ayer se lanzo la actualizacion mas grande que ha hecho SA en UE5 ! y ya podemos jugar al menos en modos peer to peer, pero es muy jugable y muy divertido! Echale un ojo!
