My favorite horror movie Alien. I remember when I was younger about 7-8years old, me and my brother used to sneak over to our neighbors house and borrow DvDs. He had all the Alien movies, and we asked him kindly if we could borrow them. He asked us "does your mother approve" Me and my brother obviously said yes, and he handed over the movies (including a machete). Me and my brother didn't have a good night sleep for like a week after we watched those movies.

Favorite horror movie is 100% alien, just the entire franchise. I love how they use tension as their main aspect of horror, and I gave recently seen the most recent one in the cinemas, absolutely loved it!

My favorite scare story: Where I work there is a prop house for film and television. If you have seen it on TV or in a film, chances are it is being stored in a prop house. In this story, it revolves around a prop hospital gurney. Sometimes they may have a realistic looking dummy on the gurney if a shot calls for it. We had a new crew worker and it was late at night while we were gathering props for an upcoming set. Knowing full well that the new guy was gullible, we primed him in advance by telling him stories of how haunted this prop house was and even threw in a couple of stories about people seeing and hearing things late at night. We had him all worked up over it so when we finally went inside this particular evening, he was afraid and jumping at sounds. My buddy went in first claiming he needed to use the bathroom, and we eventually entered the building shortly after. As we were walking the isles I would occasionally stop and shakily say, "You hear that?" Eventually I lead him down the isle where the gurneys were stored. My buddy in fact did not run in to use the bathroom, but instead climbed up onto one of those gurneys and pretended to be one of the dummies. As we walked past the gurneys, my buddy slowly reached out and grabbed the new guys hand as he walked by. This poor guy screamed and jumped so bad he nearly knocked over the prop rack. He then ran out of the building and refused to come back inside.... Yea we got talked to by the boss, but it was worth it. It didn't help when he couldn't keep a straight face while reprimanding us.

When I was a child, my curiosity for exploring the unknown was boundless. One day, a friend introduced me to the thrill of venturing into abandoned military sites-bunkers, communication centres, towers, and the like. After visiting several of these haunting places, our small group was hooked, and we heard whispers of a forsaken military town. Without hesitation, we planned the trip, gathered supplies, packed our gear, and boarded a bus. Three hours of driving and another four trekking through dense forest brought us to our destination. The town had a distinct Soviet-era feel, with its typical five-storey buildings and stark architecture. But after more than 20 years of abandonment, the slow decay had given it a sinister beauty, as if the place itself had been forgotten by time. Nature had claimed much of it, lending the town an unsettling, ghostly atmosphere. With daylight still on our side, we explored a bunker and several recreation buildings-a decrepit sports centre with a basketball court, a long-abandoned café, and a few forgotten technical facilities. As the sun began its descent, casting long shadows across the crumbling structures, we chose a building in the heart of the town to shelter for the night. We set up on the fifth floor, in what was once a two-bedroom flat, complete with a balcony that overlooked the eerie emptiness below. From that vantage point, we could see the entire city, isolated in the middle of nowhere. The sun finally disappeared, and the oppressive blackness swallowed everything. The weight of it pressed on us, an unshakable feeling that something wasn't right. None of the five of us could escape the creeping unease. We cooked a meagre dinner on a camp stove, trying to distract ourselves with stories. Eventually, sleep took us, though rest was fleeting. At dawn's first light, we awoke, packed quickly, and left that forsaken place behind-never to return.

I must have been somewhere between 8 or 9 years old. Me and my younger sister stayed up way past our bedtime, watching television after our parents had gone to bed. Somehow, we ended up watching ‘‘It’ (the first part of the miniseries) from 1990. Henceforth, all clow-themed children’s entertainment was forever spoiled for us! It took us a solid decade to finally muster the courage to watch the second part. Don’t leave (or forget) your children in front of the television unattended.

I remember when a few friends and I decided to spend the night at the old Säter mental hospital in Sweden. The place was supposed to be abandoned, just a creepy spot to test our nerves. At first, it was all fun-joking around, exploring the eerie halls. But after midnight, things got strange. We were lying in our sleeping bags when we heard footsteps in the hallway. At first, we laughed it off, thinking it was just one of us playing a prank. But then the footsteps kept going, slow and dragging, like someone was limping through the dark. We went quiet, staring at each other. The sound stopped right outside our room. None of us moved. We just listened, barely breathing. Eventually, we couldn’t take it anymore. We grabbed our stuff and bolted, not daring to open that door. We didn’t stay to see what-or who-was on the other side. Later, we found out that it’s common for locals to sneak into the hospital to scare anyone trying to spend the night. But honestly, I’m still not sure if that’s what we heard... or if something else was lurking in those halls.

My favorite horror moment was when I told my father that nothing could scare me when I was around 12. For the next couple of days, he would mention that there was a serial killer on the loose in our neighborhood and would make up elaborate stories about how he escaped, keeping me updated on the houses he was supposedly breaking into. About 2 or 3 days into it, he mentioned that our neighbors had noticed their doors open. He said that before we went to bed, he was going to check all the doors to make sure they were locked. This also happened to be the night when I had friends over, and we were watching a horror movie. Little did we know, when he came down to check the doors, he was actually unlocking them. Around the start of the movie (The Mist), right when someone starts having spiders coming out of their face, my father burst through the door wearing a ski mask and carrying a chainsaw (with no chain on it), running at us full speed. All I remember is my mouth being wide open, screaming, and spilling all our drinks while trying to crawl away as fast as I could. It turns out he had told all my friends what was going to happen so they wouldn't try to leave when I told them there was a serial killer on the loose and was just at our neighbor's house lol. It was a really good Halloween and is one of the main reasons why it’s still my favorite time of year. Thank you for all the videos! I shit you not (pun intended), I have been sucked outside the ship when sitting on the throne during QT travel. It made me stop and think for 30 seconds before bursting out laughing at the thought, that I just got sucked out the toilet, and spat into deep space, while my ship happily continued on it's own to the destination station. You could say I was caught with my pants down.

One of my favorite all time is the first Alien film, its stands out for its atmospheric horror, building tension and the fear of the unknown slowly. Many modern horror films rely on jump scares and CGI, Alien uses silence, isolation, and creature design to create a palpable sense of menace, with psychological horror at its core. A masterpiece in my opnion.😎

My "favorite horror " experience was the cutscene from the first Fallout videogame were the Vault Dweller would willingly give the location of Vault 13 and then plunged into FEV vats, turning him into a Super Mutant. I remember having nightmares about it but I also really liked the atmosphere and psychology around the Vauld Dweller deeds.

"Event Horizon" In my opinion, one of the scariest films. Science fiction that asks the question of whether people can foresee everything in their desire for discovery and progress and whether they can remain humans in the end.

@@Trampus10-4 I watched the film after many others, which, of course, were scary, but most of them were based on a creepy monster, or screamers, and there was the suspense. it was scary as hell. There was also such a good film "split second" 1992 with Rutger Hauer. it was pretey good for 92 and i was really scared of it :)

my favorite experience with anything horror related would have to be the haunted tours at the college im currently at. The night security guard here will take any student on a tour and tries to creep us out while on the tour. The old theater on campus is the creepiest building and the theater majors embrace it so much that in the basement, they set up mannequins all over and just make it seem straight out of a horror movie. Just the overall vibes from the schools oldest building on campus just make the whole October month feel like a setting for a late 90's horror movie.

My favorite horror experience is in Lethal Company when you're exploring the map with friends, having fun joking around and laughing, until you suddenly notice you wandered away from the others, can't hear anyone else, and you're now completely lost in the dark. Just a great tone shift that really spooks me out as I'm wondering if I'm the last one alive or if there are any monsters about.

'Favorite' horror would be the Grudge if anyone remembers that. I put it in quotes, cus it's one that just stuck. Decade and change later and I can still (unfortunately) replay it in my head. The hands coming out of her hair in the shower, or the face in the sheets, Kid bizarrely meowing on the stairs, movie just wrecked me as a teen.

My favorite horror movie is a tie between John Carpenter's The Thing and Ridley Scott's Alien. I remember watching them at such a young age and being captivated by Rob Bottin's practical effects work on the thing and how well Ridley Scott shot Alien, with the lighting and the sets. The Nostromo is like the coolest ship ever. Some honorable mentions are 1988’s The Blob and 1979’s Salems Lot 🙏. Great video btw the spooky edits were so well done!!!

My favourite horror movie is Scream (1996) I really like it because it revolutionised the genre by blending genuine scares with smart, self-aware humour. It redefined slasher films with its iconic meta-approach, where characters acknowledge and subverted classic horror clichés, making it both fresh and unpredictable. The films suspenseful scenes, especially the opening, combined with strong performances and compelling mystery, created the perfect balance of terror and entertainment. Scream not only revitalised the horror genre but also became a cultural phenomenon that continues to influence films today. Which is why even today, it's my favourite horror film.

My favourite horror movie is hands down Room 1408. I just love having a very rational character and the theme of willpower and never giving up. Because as long as the MC doesnt lose his will to live, the room cant kill him. Its just a theme that resonates very well with me and is far removed from the usual run left to die --> character runs left type of horror movies. "Haute Tension" An excellent French genre film like few others. Alexandre Aja brings his touch of anguish and carnage without there being anything to complain about, apart from perhaps a few run-ons. In my opinion, the final twist is very good, and doesn't need to make much sense. There's no point deconstructing every scene to try and find inconsistencies when you really understand the story.All the ingredients are here: isolated house, dark night, sadistic killer, young students, gory and creepy scenes... The terror and anguish are there at every moment, and you're really hooked. The acting is top-notch, and the staging is meticulous, breathtaking and inventive. The 3 main actors are very good, the atmosphere is as anxiety-inducing as possible, and the sound effects add to the sense of unease.

Alien is definitely my favorite horror film! The way it masterfully combines sci-fi and horror creates an atmosphere of tension that’s hard to beat. The suspense builds with every scene, and the claustrophobic setting of the spaceship really amplifies the fear. Plus, Ripley is such a strong character-she’s not just a victim, but a true survivor. The iconic design of the Xenomorph and the unforgettable score make it a classic that keeps me on the edge of my seat every time I watch it!

My favorite horror film experience: When I was in early middle school my older sister was obsessed with horror movies. Little me just wanted to be cool in my sisters eyes, and I would stay up late with her watching films like paranormal activity, poltergeist, and most importantly… human centipede. The parents had no idea we watched it, but the next day we were both still pale faced and terrified. The idea was to play it off and never tell anyone, but in our infinite wisdom we forgot the streaming service would helpfully start recommending “based off human centipede, you may like this!” Which quickly lead parents to looking at the watch history… busted. That was a fun conversation :)

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre sticks with me because of how real and raw it feels. Unlike polished horror movies, it’s gritty, chaotic, and almost feels like a documentary gone wrong. Watching it, I remember feeling like I was in those desolate Texas backroads, surrounded by nothing but dry land, isolation, and the threat of something lurking. The fact that it’s based on real-life inspirations makes it even worse-you feel like it could happen.

Enjoyed the fun cuts in this one! Fave horror movie? Carpenter’s vision of The Thing. The idea that all it takes is a single cell from the creature to infect and replace you is crazy. But they did such a great job with the tension and visuals and it still holds up decades later. And yes, go do HHN at Universal! Hands down the best time of year to visit the park, already been twice and still need to hit a few houses I’ve not seen yet.

I'd say my "favorite" horror experience would be during urban exploration... We were visiting an old hospital quite well known in our hometown which was in itself really creepy and we ended up discovering a kind of underground tunnel. Of course we entered it and we walked until we reached a door blocking the way. My friend tried to open it but as he was pushing the door, we heard a terrifying sound from the other side (something like a scream)... I believe we never ran faster than this day !

The amount of times I died going down on outpost staircases with all my aUEC spent on a full cargo load... The adrenaline rush was breathtaking, just to try to get back to your ship, hoping it didn't despawned, and get your cargo load safely stored at a spaceport before the 30k error timer ran out! When I was 13 I’d cycle over to my grandparent’s house during summer to play on their PS3 (I didn’t have one at the time) whilst they were out working. One day when I was over, I was playing the first assassin’s creed game and every now and then I’d see in the corner of my eye a head leaning out from the hallway and peering at me. It was an old man and it freaked me out, the only issue was that to get out of the house, I had to go where I was seeing the head. I turned the PS3 off, faced the floor and literally ran out, grabbed my shoes and left. Once I was outside I put my shoes on and cycled home. I told my mum and gave a description of the face I saw and it turns out I described the face of her Grandad who passed away way before I was born. I’ve always had experiences that I’ve been unable to explain happen when visiting there and it got to a point where I refused to house sit whilst they were on holiday. Even to this day as a nearly 30 year old man I will not stay there alone.

My Dad once took my sister (6) and I (11) through what was then billed as "The worlds scariest Haunted House" somewhere in Tennessee, late 1970s. Nearly every room ended with a blackout, a loud bang, then sudden strobe lights, loud noises, and the actors right in the group with you (Usually with a chain saw running). It was terrifying. By the end of the House, my little sister was completely wrapped around my Dad's head, as that was as high as she could climb, and I had a nice collection of belt loops, that were once on my Dad's jeans.

When i was a child, my group of friends and I would love telling horror stories in scary places. This one night we went into an abandoned church. This particular night it was a bit windy, but we decided to go nonetheless. One of my friends were telling a story, and at the exact moment he finished the story (when it was revealed that it was a ghost haunting in the story. I cant remember exactly what it was about). The most powerful wind blast i've ever experienced hit the chuch, and we got so frightened, everyone ran back home in a unison of screams. The day after we were asked many questions, because the whole neighbourhood had heard us shrieking.

My favorite horror experience has always been howl o scream at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg VA. The entire park is decked out with scary stuff for Halloween for the entire month and it's always been a favorite for my family and friends whenever we go.

The Witch is hands down one my faorites and might be the creepiest movie I’ve watched. The whole vibe just gets under your skin, and the uneasy feeling sticks with you long after it's over. It’s not about jump scares... its the kind of horror that leaves you questioning everything.

My all time favorite horror movie would have to be Jeepers Creepers, it’s one of the first horror movies my dad ever showed me as a young child but it was the one that we both really enjoyed watching. I’m a huge movie nerd and always have been a huge movie nerd. But being able to watch one movie that both your father and yourself can watch, and enjoy every single time just makes it even better.

Not sure if it would be considered a horror movie but I think the Predator was a great movie. I like how the blended an alien species with the technology built to make it an apex “predator”. Powerful enough it could easily took out a whole group of trained soldiers. I also got a kick out of the idea that even when it is on its last leg, it still focuses on taking out its pray. My favorite horror experience was getting trapped in the Stanley Hotel's (known for the Shining) elevator on Halloween (lights going on and off and the elevator stopping randomly but never opening) in 2019. The elevator would not stop going up and down for 20 minutes. We thought it was part of the Halloween theme, but it wasn't. . They finally had to cut the power and let it reset long enough for us to get out. The hotel treated me and my friends to watch their mentalist performance for free and free drinks the rest of the night during the costume party.

My favorite horror movie is Alien/Aliens! Watching Alien when I was younger was the first time that I got a jump scare from a movie. The movie was done very well for its time and still stands up to this day but I also have to give Aliens the tie as not only is it a great horror film, but also an amazing SCI-FI story as well! Hearing Bill Paxton yelling "It's game over man, it's game over!" is truely one of those classic lines thats still a meme today! Also it's one of the rare times that the original and sequel took everything to the next level whereas most sequels don't even come close to the original so those movies will always have a special place in my heart!

My favourite horror film is Alien. It's incredibly well paced and build atmosphere like few others - I'm a big fan of horror films showing the monster sparingly so your imagination can do some work rather than just showing it all the time. Honourable mention would be The Grudge and Event Horizon, but partly because the real world decided to add special effects. The Grudge I first watched whilst house sitting (with the lights off) for someone who owned black cats, and just after a scene with a creepy black cat one jumped on my lap... Event Horizon has lots of metallic thumpy noises, and while I watched it at a friends house the compressor on their fridge made a very similar noise like it was joining in. I think those two things would make me remember those movies for a long time

Great video and loved the little extra touch. My favorite horror movie would have to be "The Thing", even though the SFX didn't hold up the best, just being a kid when I first saw it was enough to scare me. My scariest gaming moment came while playing Silent Hill on the original Playstation about 2 am. I was getting close to a monster and getting some static on the radio, when my sister's parakeet decided to stretch it's wings and start screaming and flapping it's wings. Scared the crap out of me. That game had the best audio for any horror game.

Terrapin seems like it would be a really nice ship to go exploring in once all 5 systems are in place and hopefully, CIG will put in lots of variable temporary POI's in between the systems to discover, like abandoned space stations, rogue planets passing through, derelict ships to explore, or all sorts of things to make exploring a viable profession or activity to do. Right out there really isn't much of a point to have an "explorer" ship. Oh yeah, the movie that scares me the most by far is.... Disclosure (1994), with Michael Douglas and Demi Moore. Moore is brought in as a top exec at Douglas's company and she tries to utterly destroy him and get him fired for some grudge that happened years ago. I've run into soooo many people where I've worked that were soo conniving they were truly scary and I just prayed they didn't turn their sights on me. When somebody goes after you with a false accusation it's next to impossible to vindicate yourself and the company just wants to get rid of you b/c they only care about their bottom line and the most expedient way to protect it.

The Witch (VVitch) remains one of the best horror movie experiences in cinema I've ever had. The film is a pretty low-key folk horror with more of a creeping dread than intense horror, but it builds up to a chilling crescendo that happens almost in eery stillness. After the film ended and the credits rolled everyone shuffled out in a sort of freaked out silence, until one guy piped up to his mate jokingly: "I'd better go sign up for Christianity or whatever. I ain't bloody risking that." Oh there's a competition? I just like talking about The VVitch. What a co-incidence.

Definitely the Freddy Kruger movies series of the 1980s. I was a teenager back in those years and it was scary enough for a teenager but we were old enough not to be too scared. Our state actually banned the movies so we had to get access to them via "other means". I won't go back and rewatch them because I feel that my memory of them will be different to how you will see them in today's movie experience.

When I was in middle school a friend and I started a small fire on a dirt trail. Later that night we were inside playing Halo and my mom mentioned the neighborhood smelled like smoke. We confessed to having a small fire and she sent me out into the evening woods with bucket to make sure it was out. My friend was too scared to go, so I had to face the dark woods alone. Each step radiated a sequence of sounds more peculiar and alien than the last. A journey of a few hundred feet lasted nearly 15 minutes as I stumbled blindly through the thick brush… I avoid those woods to this day. Good news is, it was not our fire causing the smell. A house a few neighborhoods away had caught fire 🤪

My Favorite horror movie is, Nosferatu (1922 Silent Film) because it always sends chills down my spine. Max Schreck’s portrayal of Count Orlok creeps me out in the best way, and the eerie shadows stick with me long after I watch it. There’s something about its haunting atmosphere that I can’t get enough of!

Brotherhood of the wolf. It was just done so well and is one of the few movies that has a twist that fools everybody half way through. It flirts with the super natural but never says one way or the other. Just a phenomenal film.

The movie that stood out to me the most in terms of scary was ''Signs''. The thought of mysterious aliens coming to my home gave me nightmares for weeks. I was just a kid, no other scary movie have affected me the same.

My favorite horror show is Event Horizon. My (then fiance, now wife) and I went to see it in the theaters. It is the only horror movie that has made me jump, almost out of my seat. It was just edge of your seat excitement and jump-scares for the time, and I still love it. "Where we're going, you don't need eyes". There are so many interactions in Star Citizen that remind me of that movie.

The movie that gave me Chills and turned my body inside out was Hereditary, and what I have to say is, “I love that a movie can do that”, it scales very very fast, and surprisingly it's not that old, which makes it more rare, not that the current scary movies are all bad, but, the problem for me is that many of the movies now are about killers and not about ghostly things, curses, monsters or aliens. It's a pity that there aren't more like that, but it's normal what is scary in this era is "reality".

Grave Encounters is a good horror movie. Its effective use of the found-footage style, its eerie setting in an abandoned psychiatric hospital, and the gradual escalation of supernatural occurrences. The blend of psychological tension and jump scares creates a suspenseful, claustrophobic atmosphere, which is pretty engaging.

My favorite Halloween / horror experience was the Fright Nights at Six Flags, such a good atmosphere and a lot of fun if you go with friends. The costumes and set dressings were very well done and I still have fond memories of it to this day!

Scariest Halloween experience has to be October 31st 2021, a few friends and I explored an abandoned textile mill in the middle of the night in an effort to do anything during the lockdown, it had a huge underground room (no idea what it was used for but it was massive). As we walked through it we kept hearing little weird noises, we were getting pretty spooked when we found an old pallet scale, 5x5 foot with an analog dial, we got on for fun, it creaked really loud and flushed a frankly alarming amount of bats off the roof. We ran for the hills.

Do you remember "V: the series"? It was a television show about seemingly benevolent aliens visiting earth and bestowing a bunch of boons to us humans. They looked like us on the outside, but were really reptilian and ate raw bunny rabbits. I was pretty young at the time and my cousin convinced me it was all real. I was so scared of the whole thing, but I still watched it. Although, looking back I was waaaaaay too young to be a viewer. 40 years later, I still "fondly" recall my first real scare.

I like the house movies from the 80s I think I saw them as a kid in the 90s. They probably don't hold up well now but my memories of the movie still bring back some chilling dreams once in a while.

my favorite horror movie is the Quiet Place. The first time I watched it was when I was in complete darkness surrounded by windows in the dead of night, nothing visible but the void of darkness and the death angles coming closer and closer to the farm house until they were inside, and through the whole movie and even the day after I was being as quiet as possible.

Nice timing, I've just come back to Star Citizen after a long break and have been binging your ship reviews to catch on the new stuff. I'm not a MASSIVE horror fan so I'm going to go with "most traumatised" instead of "favourite" and talk about being introduced to movie "The Fly" when I was around 8 years old. The movie itself was mostly cool but I spent weeks afterwards checking every freckle, mole, and piece of dry skin to make sure I wasn't turning into a Brundlefly. It was touch and go for a while but I think I'm out of the woods.

I'm a big fan of horror and don't find many of them very scary anymore but one movie that stuck with me my whole life, from watching it around 8 years old to my 50's is Jaws. Every time i swim in the ocean i hear those 2 John Williams notes somewhere at the back of my mind. Watching the movie now some 40 odd years later its very tame by todays standards but something that can stick in your head for a lifetime, that's true horror.

I love "Freddy Krueger" because it’s basically a sleep-deprived person's worst nightmare-literally! I mean, if I had a guy lurking in my dreams, I’d finally have a solid excuse to avoid my morning meetings. “Sorry, boss, I can’t come in; I’m battling a guy with knives for fingers in my sleep!” Plus, I can’t help but appreciate the creativity of someone who can turn bedtime into a horror show. Talk about taking “don’t let the bedbugs bite” to a whole new level!

Going to Halloween Horror Nights in Universal Studios Orlando 24 years ago. I remember having so much fun there and laughing so hard when walking through one of the scare zones and watching a member of my family run screaming in circles when one of the chainsaw guys started to chase them.

Ok, so best theme park experience of my life hands down, one of the most fun I've ever had was the Halloween party at Disney World. You pay extra to get to go to the party after normal park closing time. Then you and everyone else who "paid for the party" totally worth the price of admission by the way, get to have the entire park to yourself. There is a huge hocus pocus show in the center of the park going on and that's when you get to go and basically have all the rides to yourself. Just walk up, get on the ride, jump off and do it all over again. Also, candy! Yes you get a pail and get to trick or treat at every ride or store. You can dress up in costume and see all your favorite Disney characters in cute or spooky costumes as well. Seriously, I could write a book about how much fun we had doing this. Just my wife and I as full blown adults. That was one of my favorite memories and time I had ever had, anywhere.

Also, as a big fan of horror, I couldn't help but think of the Anvil Terrapin like the 'USCSS Nostromo' from Alien, built tough for survival in the unknown. Much like how exploring Star Citizen's universe with the Terrapin could give off that same feeling of being on edge in the vast unknown.

Came from the Corsair Review! Favorite Horror Movie was the original Alien; while best Horror Game Experience was definitely the first Dead Space game and its remake. Anything space related horror is super fascinating to me as it constantly makes me wonder how humanity will fair against intelligent life or outbreaks outside of our home earth. I firmly believe there's life outside of just our solar system, whether it would be microorganisms or intelligent, interstellar civilizations. The fact that Drake ships give off that scrappy/rustic feel reminds me of sci-fi film ships like Firefly and Alien and adds so much immersion. I really hope SC can develop enemies that can board your ship not by from AI humans/Vanduuls, but also AI creatures through environmental means (i.e. burrowing through gaps in ship hulls, etc...) and add more to the horror elements of space!

Alien/Aliens. Need I say more, they will always be my go to for horror, I used to watch them almost weekly as a kid, It's just so iconic and every time I jump in to a hammerhead or a reclaimer I can't help but think of those nights as a kid sitting alone in the dark watching them.

One of my favorite horror experiences was going down to the Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia during their Halloween event. They had like 6 different haunted houses there and it was just a fun experience being in a place that is normally pretty spooky, made to look even more terrifying!

My favourite horror experience was when me and my friend were biking and we decided to take a forest trails. It was really spooky and as we weny deeper and deeper into the woods, the horror crept up on us and then it revealed itself. An enorumous amount of mosquioes. Not only were we lost but we were losing blood by the litres and couldnt find a way out. After about 20 minutes we got out and finally saw the daylight. Was very fun and if I was there alone, I would defenitely have curled up and fell into a eternal sleep.

When I was a kid there was this show airing on tv here in Australia called Jeopardy which was a sort of found footage UFO experience show where a group of Scottish students went out into the bush looking for aliens and went missing. As a kid the mix of disjointed found footage clips of panicked teenagers trying to survive alongside the eerie happenings throughout the show mindf*cked my child brain and really gave me this sense of creepy immersion and made me feel just as confused as the characters seemed.

I love "The Shining." The creepy atmosphere and Jack Nicholson's performance are unforgettable. The suspense keeps you on edge, and the story about isolation and madness really sticks with you. It's a classic that never gets old!

I love the Terrapin and i am very curious to the a real scanning gameplay on it, one day, maybe ... ! When a was a young boy, maybe 10 or 11 years old, a cousin kept me and my sisters at home during a parent's trip. She was a teenager older than us. And during a night she let me watch a film with her. It was The Project Blair With ... God, you can be sure after that i dreamed of strange woods and houses during months !

Favorite horror movie for me has to be The Thing (1982). I was probably too young to see it, but for its day the special effects were amazing and the suspense of not knowing who was "compromised" and who wasn't was great. The visuals, sense of isolation, all done very well (in my opinion), the end, well, its wasn't your typical happy ending either. Great horror movie!

My favorite horror movie is It. The way the movie builds fear and suspense is just remarkable. Pennywise as a shapeshifter is incredibly scary, and his presence makes you never really know when the next scare is coming. Also, the mix of horror with the story of friendship and unity gives the movie a unique depth.

The original "Hellraiser" will always be my favorite horror film, the general Lovecraftian tone is outstanding. And Pinhead is probably one of the most iconic and unsettling designs in horror cinema.

I grew up at the time of Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street. At the time, those movies scared the crap out of me. Partially because, at a young age, I thought it could happen. My grandpa had a house on a lake, I used to swim and fish off the pier in the summers. Fast forward to now, and when I watch the movies I realize how campy they are, lol. More recent movie would have to be Event Horizon, just a good phycological, sci-fi thriller. In game horror moment would have to be every time I call an elevator. I have been sucked into the abyss so many times, that to this day, I still stand off to the side when I call one.

Honestly not much of a horror movie or show fan but I absolutly love horror games, my fondest experience has to be playing through Silent Hill 1 & 2 with my childhood best friend back when we were way too young to be playing those types of games 😂

Honestly, my favorite horror movie has been 'As above, so below'. Not everyone likes it, and sure it isn't one of the best out there, but it's always been kinda cool to me just because it involves the catacombs under paris, and just delving down into the mysterious depths. Also I have always loved the terrapin for it's simplicity and ruggedness, and would love to own it with LTI, though I haven't had the cash to justify getting one so far.
