TIL that the "workaround" for a dead server was to.... wait for it.... join another server. Then proceeds to show an entirely different JP working. Nice.

Not sure what you mean? There is only one jump point, no other Jp work yet there is only 2 systems, the workaround is to bed log and check the server ID to make sure you went to a different shard. This is for those people who don't understand there are different shards, and that different shards could have things working in them

Aint nobody goes to the trouble of getting wave 1 access to the eptu/ptu that doesnt understand there are more than one server. I think the reason you get flak for this video is its the epitome of click bait bullshit to get views. The video isnt a work around at all. The next big workaround will be to hold W to move if you find yourself stood still.

Just because you know to server hop, doesn’t mean others do. I read the chats in game of people wondering what to do when they have the issue, stood around pushing the button frantically or sat asking what to do when the gate is stuck in closing, this is info for those people if they search it up on KZbin. The info isn’t just server hop, many people may have come out of the game without bed logging or came out after bed logging and back into the same server, they may not know about shards and how to check a different shard. Why are people always so presumptuous because they know how to do a thing, everyone else does?

Isn’t that what I did? The clue for those who know about server hopping was when I said you will need a ship to bed log. I’ll take the advice and use that in future videos. As for them knowing what they are doing because they are in eptu, I read the chats of them saying what do I do when the gate is stuck or the lifts are broken we can’t get to our ship. They wouldn’t bother typing they would just server hop, imo Like I say this was meant for those people who don’t know it or didn’t think about it and checking the shard rather than those who know about shards and server hopping. If you know about server hopping and different shards, you would try that before looking for a video on it and wouldn’t watch a video on it, I think it has had about 300 views if that, I know it wasn’t going to be a big viewed video, it was meant for that small few who are frustrated and don’t know what to do I appreciate the advice though and I will take that onboard

@@NoobsGamingSC After you said bed log after the broken jump point I was like ok maybe he has a trick for getting out of the habs when the elevators are broke, perhaps there was an elevator or obscure route I didn't know about. When the answer was exactly the same... leave the server I was like ffs.
