Unfortunately you can't. I believe it was supposed to be a part of the advanced camera refactor that never materialized :(

Some Coder once told me you can also reset your camera view with F4 + * :D

Technically yes, but whenever you use iteraction mode or mobiglas it's going to switch you back into first person

Press F4 to go into advanced camera and then F12 to hide chat and comms. If want to hide UI in first person unfortunately we can't do that yet. Though you can crop it out when editing the footage

Maybe a little bit late answer but it depends what kind of Keyboard layout you have. Freelook on my German Lay-out is y instead of z :D

Yes, IIRC the keybinds for this are at the very bottom of keybind settings

Thanks for this. It has answered so many problems I’ve had trying to figure out this and why I couldn’t do it. Thing is I’m using a laptop and the F4 key is used in junction with another key. So to use F4 I need to press another button to get it to work. Like the Alt key. I think some people might see where I’m getting an issue here. Looks like I might have to invest in an external keyboard to get moving forward.

SC has it's own capture key for screenshots which I think is the easiest way. Personally I use the NVIDIA capture tools for video and screenshots
