lol yeah, you need a really strong CPU for 1440p in this game. Although, it would run way better if I had only a 3060 at 1440p, and apparently you also need 64GB RAM for smooth gameplay in this game.

@@jozadagames6818 Running with a 5800 x3d and a 3080 I seem to do mostly ok if the server is ok, good suggestion about the 64GB I think i'll go grab another 32GB its cheap now days and im not going to get a new cpu/mb for quite some time.

Outside the residence i get 70FPS and at the cog globe plaza around 65-70FPS in 1440p........ Didnt thought that the CPU does make such a huge difference in 2 generations! I have a 7800X3D on a B650 MSI Tomahawk with 2x16GB G.Skill Flare X5 DDR-6000 30-36-36-96 and a Gigabyte Gaming OC 3080 10Gb

nice video man, I struggle to get over 50fps smoothly with the exact same setup, 3080 5800x3d, 32gb of Ram. So a bit frustrated but still hoping they will do something to give it a nice boost in performance one of these days. So mine seems about like yours but its a bit stutter at times which drives me nuts, so I just downgrade my res to 1440p and then I get like 70ish.

The most annoying thing is that it can also depend on the server you are on(some have way worse performance and lag than others) and you also need 64 GB of RAM for smooth gameplay unfortunately. Also, some of that stutter can be caused by not enough VRAM especially at 4K even with DLSS 10GB is not enough which would explain that it goes away at 1440p same settings, but it will depend where you are it's worse on the main planets especially the newly updated Hurston.

I have a 5900x 32gb of ddr4 and a 3080 and i get from 15/30 fps in most busy places and around 35-45 in space.... Something is wrong... I can't fix it 🥺

My gpu is stuck at 40/50% usage and my cpu at 100% all the time

Yes, you need way better CPU for a 3080 in this game nothing is wrong your CPU is not strong enough, but it also depends on the server sometimes.
