Without recording plus 3-4 fps. I have used High Textures for Epic settings at 4K cause you will run out of VRAM with Epic Textures even on DLSS Performance and once you do there will be literally a slideshow-like 8 fps especially in settlements with a lot of NPCs.

and I wonder... Mine is averaging at 80 FPS @ 1440p. i7 9700k + RTX 3080. CPU & GPU usage doesn't even go above 50%.

nice video man, I struggle to get over 50fps smoothly with the exact same setup, 3080 5800x3d, 32gb of Ram. So a bit frustrated but still hoping they will do something to give it a nice boost in performance one of these days. So mine seems about like yours but its a bit stutter at times which drives me nuts, so I just downgrade my res to 1440p and then I get like 70ish.

I wish real HF3 game comes rather soon!

I have a Ryzen 5600 paired with same GPU my CPU utilisation is at 50-60 but gpu in the high 60s and I am getting 90-120 fps in 1080 balanced DLAA

how did you get DLSS option? mine has only fsr option...

Without recording plus 4-6 fps. EDIT: You get more fps if you change voice chat audio from "All Lobby" to "Party Only" I had unfortunately All Lobby turned on in this video and the game is also completely broken on Steam compared to Battlenet you will get up to 100 more fps!

i downloaded the whC config file in 'the witcher 3 wild hunt folder.... but its in a folder do i have to overwrite the bin file in game folder with the bin file in the hunter config folder? what i did is downloaded extracted it to the witcher 3 folder had some error missing visuals file in directory...copy pasted them to where it was needed ....did the tweaking....game works still the same ... dont know where did i go wrong here :p

The ghosting issue is still prevalent around the edges of the screen depending on where you move the camera to. Whenever I edit the renderer file manually the settings I change don't show up in the game's settings and only save if you change them in game. Have tried different presents in DLSSTweaks as well as force enabled OverrideAutoExposure all but to no avail! Have ver 0.200.8.0

How do you have your GPU temps at 60 c on average? Im hovering around 72. Undervolt?

AMD FG in this game is a disaster

RTX3080 can't handle PT enabled in 4k and in 1440P it's a huge problem. In buildings fps is often higher by 50% or more. Without a frame generation mod it makes no sense to enable PT.

Unfortunately, this is another game from Sony when 10GB is not enough for 1440p V-high despite monitoring programs indicating otherwise. I have the same GPU

After playing the beta, I cancelled my preorder. I am going to wait for benchmark and gameplay on release to see if ill buy the game on launch day. I know underneath this terrible poor optimization is a really pretty game. and I refuse to play this anything less than 1440p 80+ FPS on my 3080 god damnit! This is unacceptable. I don't know what kind of magics trick they will pull off, cuz aint no way they fixing this mess in 4 months. Unless the build we are playing is like 7months to a year old, than its probable close to what we will get in 4months. I hope i am wrong.

It's cool and all but why'd they remaster a 7 year old game? Guerrilla Games has the Killzone series lying dormant it would have been great to give it a resurgence with a remaster launch title for the new PS5 Pro model. Not sure it adds much to be fair.

I'd have been more interested if they added the new gameplay and weapon improvements from Forbidden West back into Zero Dawn - still a graphical enhancement is pretty nice but I'd have liked to see the gameplay enhanced too. Like how Witcher 3 next gen had some mods which rebalanced certain aspects brought into the remaster.

Seems like FOW in the remastered is not as wide as the original - just looked it up, and seems true. Also the performance compared to the original is pretty bad. Would ne be worth it for me.

Different but not necessarily better. I'd say in most instances it's more of a personal opinion which of the two look "better". The only instances in this video where i can definitively say that the remaster doesn't just look different but better is in the town scenes and in the scripted dialogue. Which makes sens, since indirect lighting is the biggest developement in gaming graphics in recent times, and if most of the scene is lit indirectly, you will see a bigger difference. Other than that i actually prefer the originals look at times. Especially the water in the remaster seems a lot flatter at times. Not sure what it is, maybe they scaled back on the displacement, but you can much clearer see the scrolling textures in the remastered water. And the water transparency was also better in the original. It seems like ever since ray tracing has become a thing developers have forgotten to do good looking effects without it.

Really nice vid showing the differences. Although i must say that the original had it's own vibe/gritty feeling i still really like.
