Star Citizen - another day hunting pvp bountys

Another day in the verse hunting pvp bounties and other criminals. Most clips are made with Alpha 3.17.2

Great hunts as usual :) Two things: one, not all are criminals at GH, sometimes we go there for some outfits or even common new players, easier to spawn if dying in bunkers in Crusader space. Two, the marker is indeed unfair, I use it in space, but on foot sometimes I untrack the mission for more challenge. You constantly know where the perpetrator is which is unfair for him. CIG might introduce delays in the future, or other means to balance this. And it's not only that, even with the marker, I have encountered more than one 😂 Being a bounty hunter is hard but fun. P.S. And you are better than me, I use mostly the Cutlass Blue (avatar) for apprehending the suspects. With some moderate results, as I also not am an ace but can handle myself. It's the roleplay and fun, not skill :)

Nice video jorona. At high speeds the delta merge can be improved but otherwise nice flying and great content... And of course, thx for flying the sabre. I love the ship but it is "meh" right now.

You have to replace the fitted gimbal with the S4 weapon.

What settings do you have for the target pip, I see that it's almost like your controlling it not it following the target

Its LAG Pip. You can switch it in Options - Game Settings from LEAD to LAG. LEAD pip shows where there ship is when your shots landing - LAG pip shows where the shots will land - so you try to move the PIP on the enemy ship and not the front of your ship to the LEAD Pip

2x VKB Gunfighter and Pedals. The pedals i got recently, sometimes i do still unintendend moves because i am still in the process getting used to fly with HOSAS and Pedals ;-)

Where do I get bounty targets like this? All my bounty targets are just camping at grim hex lol.

I normally ignore all "Last seen for .." targets around GrimHex and try all others ;-)

Why do players with stick do not have the square aim assist ? Is it specific to this or did the "stick players" disable it ?

it is called lead pip and it does appear to everyone, whether sticks or mouse/kb. And as you can see, Jorona is using lag pip, not lead pip. He adapted with it and it's amazing. Not all can. I still try. In Elite Dangerous I adapted myself, in Star Citizen, still a bit more practice needed. Lag pip is much better sometimes because of server tick problem or desyncs, the lead pip might jump, it is called "wiggling pip".

also weapons being locked at completely unguarded outposts is also pretty lame, would be the perfect place to attack if you didnt think your ship could take theirs but attack from the ground. ahh who am i kidding developers hate when you try to make a plan and not just throw yourself at them in the most straightforward way possible

It is - but some kind of marker should be there. But i hope it will be more like "The marker shows he is at Kareah" but not where exactly. But without FPS scanning you would have no chance to identify who is the criminal and who is another "Blue" guy and it will result in a lot of crimestat because you shot the wrong guy

Aha just because someone hangs out at Grim Hex it must be a criminal. This is more a cheap excuse for a white knight to be able to gank without the risk of getting CS himself.
