Star Citizen BUG knocked down over and over

First time outside Grim Hex, just checking it out. My guy keeps getting knocked on his butt. At first I thought it was when I pulled my multitool, but it was doing it regardless. The ship weapons were there on the ground when I walked outside the station, no ship in the immediate area. The weapons would not let me attach my tractor beam like they were not there. As soon as I left the pad this quit.
