This ship looks to functionally be a Carrier Escort, and has the aesthetic to back it up: A ship design originally intended to be a cargo hauler, that had hangers and a deck bolted on at the last minute. I have a Kraken and I've been thinking about this recently. I could have a fleet of Orions that I loan out to other players (I'll take a 40% cut of everything they make) and we mine a profitable asteroid field. The Kraken acting as a mobile base but also a refueling platform if needed.

@@armor059 orions unload on Kraken, kraken loads onto cutlass, caterpillar etc and those sell for profit. Kraken could also refuel or atleast serve as base for vulcans. Quite the operation hes got planned there tho... Crewing kraken, multiple orions and the support ships... that does take some time, dedicaion and planning, as well as a lot of players and NPC crew...
