Good choice of song. I first heard it in a DCS edit by Adrián Caparzo (DCS IV). This brings me back to that, gets the goosebumps up and going again.

Adrian Caparzo is my hero. Saw his DCS Movie IV and it’s what inspired me years ago to begin making stuff like this. I was a little tentative to use this song, especially coming from the DCS Cinematic community, as it’s been used a lot before. But I’m glad that I did, because I turned out really well.

Very good editing. My only criticism would be it is way too military focused. Appropriate for Squadron 42, but Star Citizen is way more than fighter ships. Show people, industry, exploration, cities, cargo running, settlements, ect. more next time

Thanks for your feedback! I had ran the draft by a couple of friends before I posted this, and weirdly, they told me there “wasn’t enough action.” I honestly wanted to introduce more of the Citizen life aspects rather than all the combat. Maybe sometime I’ll make another.

@@notblake8617 well, action can be more than fighter ships. Show some industry ships in action, some ground combat, or even some racing. Just more variety than fighter ship goes burrrr 😂 to me that's like 5% of what Star Citizen is. Thanks for taking my criticism, feel free to ignore it, just my opinion. Solid track and great editing, but as a trailer it probably could use more in-game footage to gain hype from people that don't already know how great the game is. But as someone who has gone to school for and worked in video, the editing was definitely top notch.

when i tinkered around with camera controls, i was really bummed out to find a lack of quality director options. the camera controls are pretty limited unfortunately, especially compared to my work on DCS cinematics, as those were all captured in game. but i agree. i was hoping to get more in game content, and there’s a few shots that are from the game, but most are from star citizens trailers and cinematics unfortunately. a bit of audio was captured from in game though!
