Don't buy Star Health insurance plan.... I had worst experience when my father was hospitalized. Company shared a number of a person to assist in claim settlement, When I called that person he replied very rudely that "Please connect with customer Care, Don't call me for claim assistance". It took us 13 hours of waiting to get discharge from hospital. i thought this is an exception but it was same for every Star Health insurance policy holder. so, Big NOOO to Star health.

Mera claim ko reject kr diya hai star health insurance ne galti se hospital ke duwara 1month ki jgah 9month likh diya tha bad me hospital ne apni glti mankar likh kr diya phir bhi mera clame reject kr diya hai .mai 2primium jma 2021 our 2022 me jma kiya hu.coment krne pr c0mpni keval policy mangkr kr palla jhadh liya hai mai policy number diya hu lekin 5month ho gya hai mujhe clame nhi mila n hi koi jawab mila insurance ke smay condition clear btana chahiy tha .Premium lene me 1minut lgta hai clame ke smay ghuma rhe hai.
