Star Conflict: Season 2. Dreadnoughts

Starting with this update, corporations go to war for control of locations on the world map. Corporate dreadnoughts dramatically altered the previously existing parity of forces in Fringe sectors. Many locations are still in ruins after the invasion of Aliens. Cyber and biomorph patrols still roam the zones. Previously unknown portals leading to Alien zones have been detected. Military forces of each race declined significantly. Currently, they are no longer in a position to maintain order in their areas of responsibility. Now it's up to of corporations.

Tiberius11111111 Depends on the class, the best was to strategise is actually to just read the description of each class. Be sure to outfit your ship to suit it's 'power', so for 'chameleon' (found on Tackler's) get some powerful missiles and chargeable gauss cannons to make an appearance and then vanish.

Just one question Do we play as the dreadnoughts/capital ships or can we only play as those little ones buzzing around? cose if its just the little ones im not interested at all, there are enough games like that, and not enough big ship to big ship fighting games

+Bernard Henry I play the game and the trailer offers a new gamemode called Sector Conquest: Dreadnought Battles. In this game, you would drive normal Star Conflict Ships (Unfortunately the small tiny fast agile weak ships) and support your Dreadnought (The big badass op ones) and help destroy the enemies' dreadnought (You actually just damage it severely and you win). Team with more support points wins.

Are we ever gonna control these behemoths because it would be a change. Its like playing star citizen, battle star galactica abd strike suit zero I'd prefer to control massive ships there's to many games that involve flying a tiny fighter in a huge dreadnought battle please implement playable dreadnoughts

starmade allows you make your own dreadnought, and allows you to pilot them too, build turrets with different weapon build, shotgun cannon, lock on missiles, sniper laser beam, and many more, those turrets will able to be controlled by AI by using bobby AI, or can be controlled by other players, still, add a warp drive to travel faster, and you can add how much strong shield volume you want, or better shield charging speed, better armor and better speed.

Papy_McBites how exactly does the dreadnought thing work is it like a corp war where everyone is their ship except i guess the VP or CEO who get to be the larger ship correct? and what game type is it if any and how do you start these battles sorry i havent seen the dreadnought used and i havent been in any corp battles yet

Neo Sama the only controlling a player can do to a dreadnought, is CEO and VP and all they can do is select what equipment they have, and tell it where to go (what sectors to attack and what not)

Corey Rogers Corporations can make a dreadnought (costs 80K iridium, like 19287319827419824K just to put moduels and weaponry on it) the CEO and VP dont actually get to fly it, they get to equip it, and tell it what to do (what to attack where to go) and in the battle, everyone has their own ship, and then there's the dreadnoughts (0 dreadnoughts have been destroyed.... at all. shields are too tough and nobody has bothered to take down the shields smh) The game type is called Dreadnought Battle. you start the battle by being CEO/VP and telling the dreadnought to go to a sector that has another dreadnought. To get to sectors you sometimes have to pass through other sectors that have dreadnoughts in them, and then you have to fight them (and win) to get through. All players who are going to participate in the battle must join a wing with the CEO/VP and then the leader of the wing (CEO/VP) can start a queue by telling the dreadnought to warp somewhere and then when all players in the group are ready, the dreadnought warps to somewhere, and then the battle begins. You can only have a 2 part battle if there is an enemy dreadnought in the sector, and the dreadnought has defenses (players protecting it) otherwise, you just have your team and the dreadnought, vs the enemy dreadnought (where you can easily take down the shields if you know anything and care at all, tthen blow it up :D) BUT considering nobody has even bothered to take down the shields... *sigh*
