After you cross the checkpoint in Venom 1, Falco quoted, "Jeez Leweez, what is that?", Slippy quoted, "The Temple gives me the creeps!", Falco quoted, "I heard you Slippy.", Slippy quoted, What's going on?, Why is he running away?", Falco quoted, "Don't get too close Fox!", and Slippy quoted, "Data analysis complete. Here it come."

If you are going for a medal in Venom 1, via Bolse on the easy path, you should have 9 smart bombs in your inventory (it's maximum carrying capacity). When you reach the branches that spread out, your choice on the second path is to keep following Falco or following Slippy, since there are same number of enemies that are coming ahead of you and later coming behind you. Let them have it with smart bomb. On the third path, break away from Slippy and follow Falco instead and there are many enemies and they dropped bombs behind when they are destroyed, so keep following Falco for the rest of the paths until you reach the Checkpoint and into the temple. I have used this technique before and score 174 points and score 185 for destroying Moleberg, the boss of Venom 1 in the Scroll type mode. There are objects to destroy that has a laser beams that are blocking the path that leads to the showdown to Andross to score 15-20 points if you use charged shots to get more points, plus use a braking technique is also useful to get a medal count on Venom 1. You can also use a few bombs to destroy the objects that emits the beams is also gone. My highest score on Venom 1 is 201 points. Following Slippy is the easiest is the least amount of enemies to get not too many points, while following Falco is the hardest, since there are many enemies then following Peppy or Slippy in these paths that are branched out in Venom 1.

It is possible to get a medal in Venom 1, via Bolse and my highest score is 201 kill points and have Peppy, Slippy, and Falco alive in this mission as well as yourself. You have to carry a full supply of bombs (about 9, since it is a maximum capacity that Fox can carry) and use them wisely to blow away enemies for a mass of points. There are few places that ROB 64 will send Fox more bombs. ROB 64 will quoted, "Location confirmed, sending a supply." Which help you boost your score for a medal, by the numbers as shown on the upper left on the screen changes from white to red.

It is easier to get the medal of this mission in the Expert difficulty since more enemies appear, I did it once by accident (and by accident I mean that I was playing at my fullest, but still, I didn't intend to get the medal, I just wanted to see how many enemies I could shoot down).

lucemonfalldownmode, I agree with you. It is recommended to carry 8 or 9 smart bombs in your inventory to use them to blow up all enemies for mass of points. It is still possible to follow Falco on the first path, then follow Slippy on the left for two paths, then turn right and follow Falco again for the rest of the paths, since there are more enemies to appear and some will drop more smart bombs to pick up and save it for the upcoming final showdown with Andross in the boss battle. I could score more than 200 kill points and a medal in Venom 1.

By the way, when the level divides, it has three paths, each one with its own difficulty. The one that Slippy takes is the easiest, the one that Peppy takes is the Medium and the one that Falco takes is the hardest.

Getting a medal in Venom 2 is not so easy like it's expected, you have to kill all 4 Star Wolf within a few minutes, and keep Peppy, Slippy, and Falco alive before encounter Andross in the all-range mode. The maximum score is 227 points.

I remember getting 228 points in Venom 2, twice, once with a medal, and one not getting a medal, because Peppy died in the battle with a Star Wolf team, but managed to save Falco and Slippy alive and their health meters are between one third and one half full before completing the game in the all-range mode. After defeating Andross by shooting down its eyes and brain for the count. Fox's father does pick a path at random, such at taking the left, right, left, left, right, and than right paths.

David Tosh I've done it. In both Normal and Expert modes. On console, without any cheating devices. It's extremely hard though, and unfortunately I don't have any proof. I'd have to upload a full run of the level on my shitty phone camera. Maybe one day...

Robert Anderson Yeah. Nowadays, ppl find ways to cheat. Just take Champion's Road in SM 3D World for example, where there are no power-ups, checkpoints, or the Invincibility Leaf, but ppl have found a way to cheat. So yep, ppl find glitches, cheats, and the like all the time, so I'm not surprised.
