Even so, I believe that the walking of one’s own path is rightful evolution…not being nudged from an outside source. Taking evolution simply handed to you is easy.. but if I were to acknowledge that… *flashbacks of Faize* I would never be able to face Faize again. All he wanted to was to protect everything. That’s why he carved that immense power. He had a just heart, a kind heart. But the power was simply too immense, and distorted even his kindness. I cease to believe in him. But even so in the end, he understood me, he accepted me and most of all, he saved me. That is why this is the one thing I cannot allow. I won’t let those last moments we spent together go to waste.

There's still a hidden ending-- that's the VERY LAST one. Where Faize showed up shining on Lymle.

No seems to have gotten that ending, due to the sheer amounts of hoops you'd have to jump through to get it.

Meracle her final ending scene is pretty funny, This game is just awesome and inspiring.

i have the 360 version and its exactly the same. i thought the ps3version had extra crowe content and more stuff. overall, this game is over 9000x better than star ocean 5

sarah jarand elena ferance both have great grand kids in star ocean first departure its Erys and joshua jarand (sarah jarand) and roddick ferance (elena ferance)

Faize reminds me of Arthas when he went mad because he couldn't save his people and other innocent and wants more power but leads him the wrong path.

I'm gonna rank this Star Ocean 4 as number 1 in term of storyline (sees all 9 playlist) F***k you Star Ocean 4 for not giving Faize ma favorite character an ending... gonna put this below Star Ocean 5

Well, he does appear with Lymle if you have enough relationship point for Lymle and Faize I think.
