ameoba soup gives 50% extra exp training gives double exp. if you add both of those to the exp card its 4-5 levels a fight

you can eat amoeba soup before fight for extra +50% exp !

It's worth mentioning to people to use the Train Specialty. That's another 100% EXP at the cost of some stat reduction which shouldn't be an issue after a certain point. Even in Universe difficulty it doesn't make a huge difference in damage.
