Since the birds and plants dominated the meta during KC Cup, Konami wanted Star Seraph to come back and increase more players playing that deck to lessen the birds and plant users.

Nah this one is exactly the same as the old one. The only difference is instead of attacking twice with the Star Seraph Xyz, you deal double damage with the Star Seraph CXyz which is definitely a downgrade imo.

I find it hilarious how they saw no one playing Chaos 102 because they allowed Ultimate Leo to be used in Star Seraph and thought this would get people to use Chaos 102. Newsflash, it won't. Unless you are specifically dealing with Sky Striker, this is objectively worse. At least there you can one shot and stop Raye from coming back but that's it. Other than that, just use the Level 20 version
