For the gap in the intakes of the jet mode, open up the chest flap and put your finger through to guide the pegs into their designated slots as you close it all up. For tank mode, those black tabs on the inside of the back treads flip up to peg into the wings. Also the tank's cannon extends a bit more. As for that pin sticking out, my best advice is to screw off the wing and try to push it in. Probably on the ledge of a table or something.

I have this figure and for 6:20 I just use a parts separator or something narrowly to push the jet intake back forward after I get it past the obtrusion. I don't have the pin sticking out at 12:01 so I can't help you there. P.S. The back portion of tank turret can also extend, but don't be too forceful.

for the intakes: you push them in just a little bit to close it, then, before closing all the way, you pull them back up with the part separator so they can tab in, it's actually easier then it sounds (I've had this figure for a while now)

On my copy with the intake I fold them in like you did but before I tab in the chest part I use a small paperclip like object to push them forward from the side. Hope this helps anyone who needs help on that part.

If I get to choose between ST01 Commander or Gewalt. I would say, I'd buy both. I love the bulkiness of gewalt, I love the G1 accuracy of ST01. Personally I'd say both figures are EXCELLENT!

Mr jobby sir, you are the only person I know of other than me who has had the pin issue and honestly I just ended up getting show z to send me a replacment wing,took ages though but should just let you unscrew it off and add the new one, and incase you are curious, the plastic has a method of the paint being mixed into the plastic during the making process, so it has no paint on it but it's why it looks so vibrant, and for the intakes pretty sure I just angled it up before compressing the chest together

Oh man. I just found this channel and subscribed recently, and I'm immediately rewarded with a review of one of my FAVORITE figures. That's how I know I made a good decision to subscribe. Edit: After watching the whole thing, I gotta say I'm glad I got mine with the first batch when it released. I had none of the QC issues Jobby did (no loose abs, no misassembly, etc) and I only had to pay $115 for it.

Hey @JobbytheHong. Since you're going to review the Hiya Toys Godzilla KOTM, I'd like to give a heads up on some issues. On my copy, some of the dorsal plates are bent out of the box. While you can easily straighten them using the hairdryer and cold water method, they will return to being bent eventually. I've decided to use binder clips on my copy to keep them straight, and I'll leave it for a month to see if it works. Also, in my copy, some of the ball joints in the tail were superglued to their sockets, resulting in a very stiff tail. I had to force them loose by using an old pair of hobby tweezers

Bloody hell mate, you're a bit late to the party on this one aren't ya? Show.Z really did give you a free copy, a faulty one. The ab crunch being floppy as you've shown it tells me this a faulty copy, and plus that issue with the mis-assembled landing gear and that pin issue you were asking about. Never heard about it. Sorry man, you definitely got a faulty one. In regards to the air intake for the jet mode, that's easy to sort out. There's loads of reviewers out there that show how to do that. But first, get a new copy of the figure. Other than that, love your video.

Well, as a person who Also has this figure, I will make you some confirmations, 1:52 It wasn't difficult to remove the face from my figure, These pins that were Pulled out on 4:33, could also solidify the tracks in tank mode, The pins Inside the arm panel you exposed on 4:41 They Also could solidify the tracks in tank mode (Specifically, the one closer to the wrist), This inverted landing gear, it's not inverted on my copy, 6:08 These air intakes can actually be put into place, Just leave the panel you moved in 6:00 Open and you can push the air intakes in to place through the gap left from that panel, 6:52 My copy doesn't have this problem, these pins at the tank's head fit easily in mine, 8:40 Weelll, Yeeeeaaaaahhh... It also happened to my copy... 9:51 i usually leave these smooth foot panels out, 11:08 wow, I didn't know this panel could fit in... 11:52 Well, that doesn't happen to my copy, it fits very well on mine, 12:29 on my copy i can extend the tank's barrel much more, and... Yeah, I think that's all, if you want to know, i have an Instagram, But i only post photos of my figures there, it's "cloudbeat13". love ya jobby : )

For the peg that sticks out, i've had that issue with TF and other toys. Grab a flat head screw drive, put it on the peg and use a hammer to lightly tap the shaft of the screwdriver. Usually if the tolerance isnt aggressively tight, it should have enough force to "sink" itself down enough to be level with the plastic. As for the jet intakes, maybe its also a case of shaving down the inside of the vent so it can slide into the casing around it (the part at 6:30 where the small grey/black peg is) ? The rest looks surprisingly...bad for a 3rd party. Most of the ones you've showed all seem solid, well designed and built toys but this one seems to have issue over issue at each step.

The pin issue can be fixed by placing a hot soldering iron on the head of the pin, be very careful not to touch the plastic or put any pressure on it while heating up the peg. Once it’s reached the right temp you can slowly and gently push the pin down in the soft plastic. Then let it cool and should be good.

In one hand, this perfectly shows why I’ve haven’t bought a Transformers figure in a long time. They’ve become so, CONVOLUTED, in their transformations! In the other hand, THE 3 FORMS LOOK SO CLEAN! And very show accurate! Like them! And I have that Generations Blitzwing! Good figure, but it has its, problems, as well….
