11:49 I did not know mineralized matrixes could shrink like cells. That is some powerfully selective alien tech. Imagine the gore if their bones could not shrink - oh the horror

Next time on Star Trek The Animated Series, the Enterprise crew encounter The Land Of The Giants! If you want to see what this episode would look like had it been done in the original series go watch The Land Of The Giants and you'd kinda get it. Except that those people were about the size of Barbie and Ken, compared to the giants.

Oh that's a good idea. I'll check that out right now (as I'm replying to this) From my brief 2 minute skim through on youtube, it looks like they carefully separate normal and giants to stop them being onscreen at the same time. And then use extreme camera angles to indicate looking up or down. 😊 (And obviously have some oversized props to boot)

In LOTG they were slot smaller then a ken or barbie doll, maybe 5&6 inches.

Can't drop in Randomly. You have to watch the pilot(1st)episode first. It's called 'The Crash' . It covers alot that won't get covered again until a few episodes later. The show came out in 1968 and ran to seasons and was produced and created by Irwin Allen (voyage to the bottom of the sea, lost in space,time tunnel then Land of the Giants.
