No. This USS/ISS Defiant was superior in the 22nd century because it came from a time 100 years ahead but in the 24th century in the time of the Klingon-Cardassian-Bajoran alliance which ruled over the remains of the defeated Terran Empire with an iron fist it would be an outdated ship. It would be no difference as if the UFP would dust up the USS Enterprise NCC 1701 (no damn A, B, C or D, to speak witch Scotty) to engage Klingon chancellor Kempecs (= predecessor of Gworon and pre-predecessor of Martok) flagship during the prime-universe TNG-era.
