Before I even watch this video it is the most important ship in the game in my opinion. Once you can summon that is. I admit it does take a lot and I did have to spend some money to get it fast but people can do it for free.

Agreed... I held out on buying the pack, and yes, it does drain your fuel to summons... I'm slowing down on its use for now, but will make a video when I learn more use for it, and such... But. Make sure to have the Discovery Doctor onboard the bridge to cut the cost down a bit. And Staments, too...

tos scotty is caped at 4 not sure how much the synergy increase the range

Only officer abilities grow with officer tier, not captain abilities. You can only boost TOS scotty by synergy
