Your officers do not need to be maxed to get the transporter patterns. You just need to have all of the shards required to max them.

A good general armada setup, Riker (c), Kirk, Spock. Also TNG Troi's captain's ability is same as Gaila's officer ability. Correction: Troi basically prevents crits by reducing the crit rate, where Gaila reduces the crit damage.

The double bars come when you have 3 different classes on the bridge. When you were showing the single bar it was because you had two command officers on one side. You have a command, engineer, and a science class.

For low-level, I went with Bones, Kirk, Spock. I like Riker, Kirk, Spock, or Kirk, Spock, Khan/Decius. I experimented with Troi, Bev, Gaila and had mixed results. One of my bigger alliance members, uses 5,6 and Khan to decimate exchange armadas.

You need to work on getting that TOS Spock and leveling him up I have - 75% less critical damage done he's like Gala but for PVP

I thought synergy only effects the captain’s ability , not officers ability. Even captain’s officer ability is not effected by synergy.. thx for video

You're smaller players should bring Gaila to the party. She works til the end of the battle., even if your ship dies. I believe pike works on the armada so... bonus!

15K for Chen? I think I had her at 11K (without boosties) before I stopped playing. I bet there are more officer stat improvements since then. :)

The best Stella setup no matter rank/mLvl is Beverly Captain with Khan on Side car. 3rd officer should be split between Nero, Gorkon, Picard, Gaila. Kerla is also ok, and 6 of 10 is also good for 3rd Officer on lower MLvl Stellas
