It was until I reached around chapter 10. I then discovered a method to allow me to unlock all trophies in a single run. So I'm now selecting the negative of the two options, closing the game, then reloading the save to allow myself to select the best choices.

​@Pur3potato found that too pretty early in chapter 4 need to get the disruptor trophy but I can start a new file play to that point and get it that way
