Once in the late 90's I had fever hallucinations with a case of pneumonia and 'The Doctor' brought me Gatorade. It might have been my mom, but....Pretty sure it was just a hologram. Haha.

Quite frankly: You don't need "The Orville" for comedy in sci fi. Star Trek had perfect comedic moments (in all series in the Berman era). And it wasnt "cheap" comedy in the format of setup-punchline, it was always character driven comedy. :)
