Try living next to an airport. You'll LOVE it. Lots of flying vehicles....NOT. This is relaxing because it's white noise you control. Actual noises that you don't control can cause a lot of stress. Imagine someone flying a tiny drone hovering by your bedroom window. Making a lot less noise than traffick or planes but still very annoying. Because you can't control it.
