It's definitely come a long way, but the main things that are holding it back are the amount of bugs/glitches, atrocious hit detection (worst I have ever seen in a video game not going to lie), and the constant nerfs to certain heroes or classes that are already balanced for the most part; such as Vader getting a massive buff when he is already the tankiest hero in the game, or Anakin getting more nerfs when he was fine before this update.
