It's not surprising at all that people want this figure people used to be die hard jedi fans but The Mandalorian changed all of that. I think also alot of the appeal with this guy is that you have the opportunity to tell his story people know Djinn Djarin and they know Boba, they know Bo Katan and her Nightowls but this guys a blank space and star wars fans know how attractive that is.

This looks great. Does it have a head sculpted beneath the helmet? Mandos hand down armour through the generations so you could have him in any display. Taking a risk. No groin armour.

I’m gonna buy this so I can paint the helmet white and put it on proto fett. So it doesn’t have the dent, looks more proportioned, and a moving range finder.

Honestly I'm not army building with this guy... I'm going to be using him for custom characters! A good neutral color bodysuit means that I can paint up the armor however I want and add pieces to make him his own character. I already have an idea for a black and dark green Mandolorian with some melee weapons made from 'bones' to make a Great Mandolorian Hunter figure. The Roland Tembo of the Star Wars universe.

I'm really getting pissed how Hasbro can't get colors right anymore. This figure should be a dusty grey blue, not a cobalt blue. For a $2 price increase each year, you would think they would bother to get these aspects right.

I think they did that intentionally but what do you expect it's Hasbro. Given the sculpt and armor details, I'm certain they will reuse the mold and repaint it to be Axe Woves with a removable helmet...with the probability of being an exclusive

Great review! Definitely a great figure but why did Hasbro glue the kneepads to the thighs instead of the top of the shin? i noticed they did that on TBS Bo Katan and ROTJ Boba Fett however on TVC Deathwatch Mando the kneepads are in the right spot and there are other figures that do it the right way also so whats up with this oddity? if anyone knows

It's weird that Hasbro released Axe Woves in TVC but not TBS. Bo Katan and Koska Reeves have theirs first, so why not complete the live-action Nite Owls/Clan Kryze trio in TBS form? Either way, it's still a good figure for army building I'm certain, given the mold and sculpt, they're gonna make TBS Axe Woves as an exclusive with a removable helmet and dual pistols minus the rifle...with a hefty price
