That only happens in a small group. If it's a large group and something funny happens people will laugh and if something funny happens the won't laugh. There was moments when more people laughed and there was moments when less people laughed. That's genuine and lifelike. Examples 0:30 not many people laughed 0:58 people laughed clapped cheered genuine 1:48 loud=funny ppl laughed 2:39 ppl laughed because it's bad that's the point. 5:15 ppl clapped cheered laughed Only cringe part I had was the dancing part. Possibly if there was context to the skit it would be funny but just by itself it hurt.
