Such a good build on a rarely built droid! Also I loved the trivia that the interrogation droids are made from astromech domes, can't believe I never noticed that! You wouldn't happen to offer those 2/3 scale domes would you, or does copywrite prohibit that?

Radagast thank you! It is a great droid and I’ve always wanted one. On the domes unfortunately we can’t provide this since it would be a copyright violation. However, we are talking about shooting a video that would show you how we made them originally using a restaurant style cake lid. Then you could create one with very minimal tools.

This is another great build. Have you thought of adding an LED to the syringe? You can fill the tube with a clear hair gel (you want the bubbles) & the LED will reflect off of them making it glow. Mr. Bubbles

@@TheSmugglersRoom It was a trick I remember from years ago to make tubes look like they had some kind of bubbling fluid running through the. You would pack the tube with the hair gel & put an LED at one or both ends. The bubbles in the hair gel would reflect the light through the tube & make the whole thing look like it was glowing. The hair gel is really viscus, so it wouldn't slosh around. I would imagine that any gel would work as long as it has bubbles in it to reflect the light.

Also, I wanted to know, how do you attach flat based objects to rounded projects? I have lots of greeblies that would be perfect for my astromech, but I have no idea how to attach them

I sand down the base to help them fit against the round surface. You can use a file, sandpaper, etc to curve the surface just enough that you have as much material to glue. You can us adhesives like epoxy as well that fills the gaps. Make sense?

LOL, I used a PVC pipe, painted it green, and then in the editing software we use I was able to remove the green rod much like they do in films. Then we applied effects over top to make it look like there was heat coming out.
