@@rickykrk adjusted for inflation it's the 2nd lowest grossing of the main 9 films. I guess that what happens when its preceded by a franchise hobbler (the last jedi). The last Jedi symbolised the last SW content I will ever pay directly for. They will continue to get my money through subscription if I ever join disney, but that's not happening any time soon.

I'll be honest, and I don't care, I'm so glad I was part of a joyous uproar for this movie, for once in the past 2-3 star wars movies we finally got a good one. Yes, there's been better star wars movies. ( E.g. revenge of the sith and return of the Jedi ) but they actually managed to redeem the star wars saga with the final film. I'm glad they went out with a bang.
