The first movie was not known if it would go over well or not. The director was nervious it might be a flop so he went on vacation opening week, not wanting to face a disappointing reception, but the lines for it became very long, very quickly. So of course this movie got far more money to make because of its huge success. Why this one looks better and has a better overall feel.
