We finished the gingerbread build today and we are pretty satisfied of the outcome as it is also a very hard build. No, that's the Imperial March, or Vader's Theme. The Emperor has a slower, darker theme utilizing a male choir. It's most noticeable when he arrives on the Death Star 2 (as his shuttle ramp is lowering) and when he's electrocuting Luke.
