At 1:1 scale an executor class super star destroyer would go to the entire height limit and would span around a billion blocks long!

According to Wookiepedia the Executor is 19 kilometers long, and a single block in Minecraft = 1 cubic meter (or thereabouts), so a 1:1 scale Executor would be 19,000 blocks from bow to stern. Not sure about the height, but with the right mods and a void map as a starting point it could work.
