Still remember the day my Dad and I and my brother saw this film in 1977 at the Elane cinema in Scarborough. An absolute mind-blow. It was such an out-of-this-world experience. Kids these days have such a digital life that the magic of the experience of seeing something like this for the first time is very difficult for them to achieve.

angelzr Unless Disney made a sweetheart deal they couldn't refuse, licensing the Fox fanfare for Star Wars films only (Flashing the Fox logo etc). Disney should find a way to include the original opening (Fox fanfare) in the new star wars movies; it's something that is so attached to the films and the memories of all the fans, that it will feel rather anticlimactic if we don't see it, or we get any kind of castle, robot or Disney logo, it will certainly kill the mood before the movie starts. They need to make some kind of deal with fox or just ask for the permission to include it, said like a recognition for the support that the company has given these past years to the franchise or something. C'mon Disney make star wars fans (customers) happy, and in the process more money :)
