During the story, you will come to the planet Ilum and you'll need to complete a puzzle in the Jedi Temple involving ice crystals and light beams. ​@@KaizenOz What worked for me (On X1) was exiting out of the game, doubly making sure it was closed by hitting start>close on the game tile on the home screen and then hard resetting my Xbox by holding the power button down for 30 seconds. I wound up having to do that twice to get it to work but it seems to have fixed the bug. (I unfortunately had to redo the start of Ilum though)

These level designs are so subtly simple, and in a way I'm glad this game doesn't hold your hand when it comes to figuring out the puzzles and guiding your hand. It definitely made me think about the mechanics of the game, and what parts moved and didn't move, and what mechanics I've learned already. I love these challenges. 10/10 is excited for the level puzzles in Jedi: Survivor.

If you have the bug to where your crystal is to low just close completely out of the game and reload it. It worked for me.

I tried moving that crystal to melt the smaller door over and over and it literally wouldn’t move. I tried to same way you did it. Ended up finding a way to cheese the whole puzzle by getting back to the top without melting the first path.

The last cable wouldn't return back in place and my B- evade button sometimes doesn't work. So for anyone who is having the same issue go to controls switch the evade key to something else than reset it. If that doesn't work then you probably have to reset it.

Have you tried the second pillar of light on top of the first one? Theres 2 you can acces the one you initially see is just there to trick you

So I follow this walkthrough exactly as shown and every time it seems that the crystal isnt high enough for the light to hit it. The light hits the top of the crystal touching it but nothing happens. Again I have done everything you did in the video exactly how it was done. I'm bot sure if it is a glitch or what? Any advice?

Quit out. Reload story. Go all the way to the top of the teme. Inspect echo. Climb back down. Do walkthrough, should work. Reloaded carrer twice. Stupid glitch.

I think it's something to do with the suspend feature on the consoles being used? Everyone I've talked to so far with that bug has used the suspend feature on their PS4 or X1 and it seems like that is what's causing it?
