You have to let it swing a little, then close the vent that pushes the air. then you can jump climb onto the side of the pendulum and jump off onto the other side!!

To get force push, you have to let the ball stay on the ball holder thingy and go up the steps. After that, defeat all the enemies and other stuff like that then you will have to use the wind for parkour at the part at the “end” of the “path”. Then, you should be able to know what to do.
